Sue Nilson Kibbey returns to the Southwest District to share Ginghamsburg’s signature approach to leadership development and unleashing church attendees into powerful personalized ministry.  Based on the Gallup Organization’s Strengths Finder 2.0, participants will be resourced with information for understanding your own God-given strengths and talents, strategies for maximizing your current ministry setting and ideas for using the Ministry by Strengths approach in your church.

 

This learning event is open to both clergy and laity and will be held at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Joplin.  We encourage pastors to bring key lay staff (paid and unpaid) to participate in this event.  Each participant must purchase the book Strengths Finder 2.0 and take the strengths assessment tool online in advance and then bring the results with them to the event.  Books are available for Ozarks Districts Clergyat the District Office. .
